Land Clearing
Brush, undergrowth, small timber, and stumps removed so a lot can actually be used. Includes grubbing roots out rather than just cutting at ground level, which is what keeps the ground from settling later.
What the work includes
- Mulching head or dozer work depending on stem size and how much debris can stay on site
- Stumps grubbed and root balls pulled, not shaved flush
- Burn, chip, or haul off, based on Glynn County burn conditions that week
- Buffer trees and specimen oaks flagged and protected before anything moves
Local note: Coastal lots often have palmetto and wax myrtle root mats that hide soft soil underneath. That gets found during clearing, not after the slab is poured.
